Few television series actors have caught my glance based on their style, but Ed Westwick definitely raises my expectations. Westwick plays the CW's Gossip Girl character Chuck Bass. Chuck Bass is the son of a billionaire corporate giant who lives in the swank neighborhood of New York's Upper East Side. In the series, Bass operates as a bon vivant antihero, seducing numerous courtesans, lolitas, and even older women with his darkly alluring charm, his mellifluous raspy voice, and his untimely yet dapper style. Although actor Ed Westwick doesn't pursue Bass' means of entertainment and after filming drops his American accent for a British one, Chuck Bass has ushered in a renaissance of classical men's style. With all of his brightly colored scarves, cardigans, bowties, and suits, it won't be long before high school boys are asking each other, "Can I borrow your ascot?"
